Jude Arianayagam is a senior finance and operations executive with more than three decades of experience leading complex businesses through growth, transformation and operational change. Unlike many advisory-led executives, Jude’s career has been built from inside organisations, leading finance, tax, operations and strategic delivery in high-pressure, operationally intensive environments.
Known for combining commercial insight with operational execution, Jude has built a reputation for seeing beyond the numbers. He is recognised for creating financial systems, reporting structures and operational disciplines that allow businesses to make faster, smarter and more commercially grounded decisions.
His experience spans enterprise transformation, infrastructure strategy, private equity transactions, treasury and business restructuring. Jude has also played a key role in finance-led tender strategies supporting major infrastructure projects, including Cross River Rail and Sydney Metro.
A strong advocate for operational clarity and accountability, Jude is known for building scalable financial frameworks that help organisations stabilise performance, improve visibility and drive sustainable growth.
